We enjoy having people to stay. Everyone has their own story and we hear some fascinating ones. We aim to please. If you have a query please go ahead and ask us.
Facilities
The cottage and the property offer many facilities for you comfort and enjoyment. From the in-ground sparkling swimming pool to the BBQ facilities, everything is setup for you to have the best stay possible.
Pick Up Service
A pick-up service from the airport or Cairns can be provided if requested, but to travel further afield we recommend hiring a rental car from either the airport or Cairns City. An air-conditioned Land Cruiser is also available for transport.
Location
The Atherton Tablelands is within easy reach and has wonderful food experiences. Coffee, cheese, macadamias, chocolate and native fruit are all here for you to discover and sample.
Welcome. We are Sue and Patrick and we met in Zimbabwe in 1999 on a camping holiday which included Botswana and Namibia.
Both of us have a passion for Africa and have travelled to Mali, Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Ethiopia, Morocco, Madagascar and Senegal. We have lovingly collected African art pieces on our travels and you will see them displayed throughout the lodge.
Ngorongoro Lodge is our home and we want to extend an invitation to visit in our unique lodge amongst the rainforest.
